07 — Before you book
The rules
Short version: book it, show up on time with ID, take care of it after. The numbers here are the ones checkout uses.
Deposits & payment
- 01.1Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
- 01.2Put 20% down on bookings $250+ and get 5% off and 2 reschedules.
- 01.3Pay in full on bookings $100+ and get 10% off and 3 reschedules.
- 01.4Add-ons and products are never discounted.
- 01.5Evening sessions (starting 5 PM+) are +$25 · After-hours sessions (starting 7 PM+) are +$50.
Timing
- 02.1Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your session. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- 02.2Book at least 24 hours ahead, up to 90 days out.
- 02.3Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session.
Your visit
- 03.118+ on the day, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, even with a parent.
- 03.21 guest max. No pets.
Perks
- 04.1Stack up to 3 flash pieces in one session — each extra is 50% off.
- 04.2Free touch-up within 100 days on my work.
- 04.3After 5 sessions you’re VIP: 10% off services.
Health & safety
- 05.1Tell me about allergies, skin sensitivities or conditions (keloiding, eczema, psoriasis) before we book.
- 05.2If you’re sick (fever, flu, COVID-like symptoms), reschedule. Don’t come in ill.
- 05.3Single-use or properly sterilised equipment, universal precautions, every session.
Design & revisions
- 06.1Send clear references and describe your idea, size and placement when you book.
- 06.2Small day-of tweaks are welcome. A big redesign may need a new appointment.
- 06.3Custom designs stay mine and may be reused or adapted unless we agree on exclusivity in writing.
